HOA – Community Association Management

Prellis Property Management’s Homeowner Association Team is comprised of Real Estate Licensed and Designation Clad Professionals that deliver professional, uncompromising service.

We understand the importance of the teamwork approach as Prellis Professionals work together with Association Boards, Homeowners, Vendors and Residents to achieve harmonious communities for everyone to enjoy.

Prellis’ Standard HOA and Community Association Management Services includes the following:

  • Collection and processing of all Homeowner Association Dues and Assessments
    • Online payment processing for all Association Owners with e-check or credit card
  • Payment and processing of all Association’s Payables
  • Monthly Reconciling of all accounts
  • Processing of All required Escrow and Transfer HOA documents
  • Annual Budget Preparation
  • Processing of all Maintenance Requests and Arranging of Special Projects
    • Scheduling vendors and reviewing vendor work
    • Obtain up to 3 bids for major projects
    • Routine maintenance issues addressed, including leaking roof, plumbing issues and ongoing landscape issues
  • Attendance at up to four meetings per year, including the Annual Association Meeting
  • Work with Board Members and Assist in the Performance of their duties
  • Assist board members in complying with Davis-Sterling, ADA and other State Codes and Laws
  • Preparation of Year-End Disclosures for all Homeowners as required by state law
  • Preparation of Nomination forms, Annual Elections and Meetings
  • Ongoing enforcement of Rules and Regulations
  • 24 Hour emergency hotline for all homeowners to report maintenance and emergency issues
  • Quarterly site inspections with or without board member participation
  • Account managers that answer and return homeowner calls within 24 hours
  • Informational monthly newsletters
  • Professional Quarterly Property Inspection Reports
