In the interim, we are asking for all owners and tenants to provide us with a detailed description of the type of interior and/or exterior damage to each unit that has resulted from leaking roofs, lost shingles, clogged gutters, etc. It is also extremely important that you inform us of the date and time that the damage occurred.
